Return / Cancellation Policy

SMALL PLANET PHOTOGRAPHY policies require that all returns, exchanges, and/or refunds be made within 21 days of receipt. Return Merchandise will be shipped within 3-30 days of receipt of payment. Return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from SMALL PLANET PHOTOGRAPHY. All returns are subject to return in Resalable and excellent condition within 30 days, with a copy of your RECEIPT. All returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of $25 for orders that were in stock at the time, and 30% of total sale price for orders that were custom made specifically and not currently in stock. Shipping and handling fees represent a service that has been rendered and will NOT be refunded.
